Description
- Developing and Implementing HR & Admin and Security strategies in line with the Mining Project Operation.
- Liaison with Local Authorities and Government Agencies.
- Lead in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Monitoring, Evaluating and Implementing operational budgets relating to HR & Admin.
- Training of personnel to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and Implementing workers’ welfare policies.
- Other assignments as required by the management.
Educational Qualification:
- Postgraduate in any discipline while MBA in HRM will be a plus.
- Ex-Army/Defense professionals will be preferred.
- Qualifications may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified individuals.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 55 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Minimum 10 years as Head of HR & Admin. This may be relaxed for ex-Army/Defense individuals.
- Well conversant in Computer Application Software.
- Strong communication skills in English & Bengali.
