Description

• Preparing Sewing Operation bulletin from costing stage to bulk production.
• Calculating Estimated CM & Productivity in costing stage.
• Closely follow-up in Pilot run for applying Operation bulletin sequence supposed to doing in bulk production.
• Samples to be developed with easy methods & new Innovations to reduce the cost & increase the efficiency in Bulk production.
• Giving technical support & propose to apply folder & attachment to the sample team where necessary.
• Monitoring machine & Skill requirement of future orders & give the necessary guide lines to the management
• Finding the solutions for all the technical issues from sampling stage to bulk production.
• Arrange to in-house folders and attachment well in advance based on scheduled production plan
• Updating the SAM Database based on modifying method for improving targets.
• Any kind of task to be completed with the responsibility as per the situation given by company.
