• Work with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
• Ensure proper architecture, working with product manager to ensure the systems and solutions has develop are flexible, loosely coupled and deliver performance that is appropriate for business need
• Lead the collaborative, development process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
• Design, communicate and lead product development sprint with developers
• Participate in the production of user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications as necessary
• Partnering up with appropriate external/internal teams for service integration. Ensure quality of the service in web and app
• Gain a deep understanding of users’ experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve user engagement and drive growth.
• Measure and monitor the existing technical solutions, regularly reviewing operational metrics to validate the effectiveness of the service in meeting customer needs.
• Lead and facilitate cross functional teams in all technical requirements
• Lead product UAT and ensure flawless product launch
• Ensuring Seamless User Experience
• Take full responsibility of driving and owning streaming data pack portfolios
• Work with multiple GP stakeholders to design and drive streaming data packs

Educational Qualification:

• BSc/MSc in Computer/EEE/Communication from any reputed university with software/app development acumen.

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 3/4 years of working experience in relevant IT/Technology field
• Experience to work with Android, Web and iOS app development lifecycle
• Experience to work with frameworks such as Symphony/Laravel will be an added advantage
• Experience in a DevOps environment will be preferred
• Strong problem solving and analytical skill
