Description
- Following to work in the various sections of production floor like cutting, sewing, finishing, quality assurance and other sections
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
- Preparing documents and updating records.
- Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Should have GPA 4.5 in both S.S.C and H.S.C.
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 27 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Must be proficient and fluent in English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and power point
- Well behaved and convincing
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
