Description
- Categories are:
- A. JD before the time of receiving of goods/products/items;
- B. JD at the time of receiving of goods/products/items;
- C. JD after the receiving of goods/products/items;
- D. JD for Reporting.
- JD Elaborations are as follows:
- A. JD before the time of receiving of goods/products/items:
- 01. To do coordination to manage the receiving activities at par;
- 02. To facilitate the cross-functional activities to do right alignment w.r.t. unloading and receiving;
- 03. To play directive roles to ensure good synchronization of handling procedures.
- B. JD at the time of receiving of goods/products/items:
- 01. To do physical counting as per specifications mention in issued PO;
- 02. To do check and verify the proper delivery challan, invoices, bills Mushak documents etc.;
- 03. To do report about non-conformity issues;
- 04. To do audit certification on documents provided by vendors;
- 05. To preserve relevant documents in a systematic manner before handing over the same to Store-In-Charge;
- 06. To maintain a register (electronically/manually, as decided) of documents movement between responsible authorities.
- C. JD after the receiving of goods/products/items:
- 01. To forward the received and certified documents to Store-In-Charge;
- 02. To maintain a handover register in compliance with B.06;
- 03. To do follow-up that relevant documents received from vendors being forwarded from Store-In-Charge to SCM designated staffs at Corporate Office;
- 04. To facilitate good sign-off of vendors after proper unloading of goods at our premises.
- D. JD for Reporting:
- 01. Report to line manager (LM) as per reporting guidelines to comply with Report Analytics;
- 02. Comply with prescriptions for improvement to be provided by LM in daily/weekly/monthly meeting;
- 03. Do needful as result of feedback of performance appraisal against set KPIs;
- 04. Report on gross non-conformity immediately;
- 05. Management from time to time may assign any jobs/tasks/roles as thinks fit.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Postgraduate in Accounting and Information System
- Preferred Professional Certification: Course completed Accountant from a reputed CA Firm.
