Description
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating all company cars schedule.
- Responsible to update all cars papers and the maintenance as well.
- Assist and handle all kind of legal work for company.
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls take messages and routing correspondence with drivers as well as Handle their requests and queries appropriately
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
- Responsible to perform all kind of documentation and paper work for company.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior &assist day to day administrative work

- Communicate with public services when necessary
