Description

Prepare different kinds of letters like: appointment, transfer, promotion, increment, promotion or demotion, confirmation, experience, resignation acceptance etc.;
Assist Coordinator- HRM in entire recruitment and selection process such as- collect staff requisition, take initiative for job circular, shortlist application, communicate with candidate for written & viva test and arrange all kinds of interview process;
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquires or requests;
Check and validate reference and certificate of newly joined employees;
Complete all formalities of new staff according to the checklist;
Arrange orientation for newly joined employees;
– Maintain HR records, e.g. office order, memo, policies etc.;
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices;
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity;
Interpret CSS policies and regulations to employees;
Ensure distribution of updated job description;
Provide necessary HRM reports to HRM Team as per timeline;
Arrange exit interview for staff resignation and keep documents in the personnel file or inform the authority in case of any major findings;
Carry out any other duties related to the organization, as requested by the supervisor.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor Degree/ Mater Degree
MBA in HRM or PGD in HRM will get preference

Experience Requirements

At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age at most 35 years
Candidate should have minimum 2-years’ experience in HRM sector Including total 3-years’ working experience
Age & educational requirement will be relaxed for experienced candidate
Candidate should be an expert user of MS Office especially word, excel and power point
Candidate should be honest and have hard worker.
