Description
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Specify financial report management objectives, monitor risks, design solutions, effectively manage processes, and ensure that financial report results meet expectations. Identify key risks through annual budgeting, monthly rolling forecast, and financial report analysis of subsidiaries, and work with related departments to develop and implement solutions and measures, and ensure target achievement.
- Gain insights into and analyze the significant events of the consolidated subsidiaries, external environment changes, impacts on single and consolidated financial reports, and coordinate resources to develop and implement the contingency plan.
- Take charge of the audit of subsidiary financial reports, coordinate resources to respond to the audit of single and consolidated financial reports through audit plan and progress management, prepare assessment reports, and pass the audit with high quality.
- Manage the health of financial reports: Analyze statutory financial reports and manage subsidiaries’ liquidity; review various businesses (collection and payment on behalf, netting, etc.); report financial data and disclose information to meet internal and external compliance requirements.
- Process development: Based on the basic requirements and methodologies for subsidiary budgeting and forecasting, release corresponding guiding processes to ensure that business centers can carry out financial report management in an orderly and effective manner.

Experience
- At least 5 years
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Auditing & Financial Report Analysis.
- Prefer experience of working in audit/financial report analysis from Profession Financial institutions or Service Provider over 5 years(senior), priority will be considered with those with successful experience of P/L budgeting and forecast, company-phase profitability/liquidity supervising and improving.
- Decent skill for data analysis(excel proficiency), proficient in understanding and deep digging audited financial report, got experience in dept/project expense and cash flow managing, familiar with IFRS accounting standard and auditing knowledges.
- Strong self-driving power, be able to independently reporting to director, interactive in teamwork, good at project coordination, willing to embrace and overcome challenges and stress in occupation.
- Fluent English is mandatory
