Description

  • General HR-Part-1 (Recruitment & Selection process)-25%
  • Collect & Process the Job requisition from the Recruitment Partner.
  • Provide Job advertisement in the assigned job portal.
  • Collected the CV & sorting based on provided criteria by the DM-HRM & OD
  • Make an approval & Score sheet & facilitates the signing process
  • Make Phone Calls/SMS/EMAIL etc. to all candidates for appearing in the selection process.
  • Attend to all candidates who will appear in the selection process.
  • Arrange required documents, Logistics & other belongings for Selection Process Session.
  • Prepare tabulation sheet for participating candidates.
  • Collect Approval for all the required documents from different Senior Staff members in-country office.
  • Conduct joining process for all new staff & maintain the required documents to PCF on or before reviewed & checked by HR management.
  • Arrange required documents, Logistics & other belongings for the Induction session.
  • Take Necessary Information for the official ID card & process accordingly.
  • General HR-Part-2 (Development Process)-20%
  • Arrange different types of Training, workshops, induction, foundation training as per requirements.
  • Arrange required documents, Logistics & other belongings for various levels of house & outhouse training as per TNA.
  • Responsible for all types of documentation in terms of TNA conducted by line manager & DM-HRM & OD
  • Responsible for all types of documentation & communication for training calendar, hire trainer/facilitator, arranging training, reports which are prepared/conducted by line manager & DM-HRM & OD
  • Arrange required documents, Logistics & other belongings for the Staff Farewell session & another workshop.
  • Facilitate orientation/training session for the new joiner/staff also provided them training regarding HR CoC, HRIS operation, HAD, and Work Place Dignity
  • Employee Life Cycle Management-35%
  • Do & maintain various types of databases concerning HR assigned by DM-HRM & OD
  • Raise Purchase/material requisition & Process accordingly for HR purchasing & Maintain All HR stationaries/logistics for further use.
  • Submit/share HR payroll document to Finance for further course of action & maintain accordingly.
  • Prepare salary charging letter as a part of the payroll processing.
  • Prepare a payroll sheet in coordination with Senior Accounts Officer
  • Prepare different types of letters like AoR, EoC, DL, TL, etc.
  • Prepare different types of the business case to justify the process
  • Facilitate consultant hiring process as per requirement by DM-HRM & OD.
  • Prepared No other claims (NOC) for the separated staff to process final settlements.
  • Communicate with all separated staff in terms of collecting final payment cheque & archived accordingly.
  • Prepared various types of Notes for the record, business justification based on requirements
  • Assisted with the DM-HRM & OD for organizational development by approaching new ideas and other related analytical materials
  • Maintaining HRIS & HAD as an operator.
  • Insurance data collection and sharing the ID creation information to the external entity (insurance company) for further course of action.

  • Maintain Existing Staff/Consultant/Trainer Related all documents for Personal Confidential File (PCF).
  • Collect & Maintain Performance appraisal from every level of staff & replace accordant to the PCF
  • Collect & maintain all the documents (Attendance Sheet/Long-Shor Listed Matrix/Interview/Written Test/RC/HQS etc.) concerning the Staff/Consultant/Trainer recruitment & selection process.
  • Collect, Process & maintain Staff medical prerequisite-related documents (if not related to insurance).
  • Maintain all the separated Staff/Consultant/Trainer Related all documents for Personal Confidential File (PCF).
  • Do Scan & Photocopy for all HR required Documents & Archive accordingly
  • Collect various HR-related documents from all field offices & Processed & maintained them accordingly.
  • Maintain attendance Sheet for Existing & Separated Staff/Consultant/Trainer.
  • Maintain All Recruitment & Selection process documents which are already archived.
  • Any other documentation if required.
  • Other Requirement-5%
  • Contribute to other project activities and any other tasks as required by program management;
  • Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Management, Operational Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Management, Operational Managemen, Masters degree in any discipline
