Description

Lead, guide, and participate in planning, designing, and overseeing OPD, Sub-Specialties, MRD, Appointment & Call Center and Laboratory functions.
Exercise leadership responsibility over the service operations to ensure consistency in standards and to facilitate an interdisciplinary team approach in all services.
Maintaining and fostering effective collaboration between departments, sub-specialties and other affiliated service to ensure an integrated approach for providing services and fulfilling service goals and objectives.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively within the IIEI&H decision making and organizational structures.
Serving as a resource to help reduce costs, enhance revenues, achieve effective utilization and quality goals and objectives, analyze and utilize information to develop and support management decisions.
Attention to be given to systems, program development, quality, fiscal management, compliance and clinical management measures, physician relationships, work culture enhancement and internal communication and consensus-building.

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in related area (MPH/MBA or equivalent) and must be an active participant of continuing professional educational programs.

Additional Requirements

Minimum 07 years professional experience of which 04 years in similar leadership position in hospital setting
Capable of setting and mentoring business objectives, strategies and performance measures/standards.
Champions programs that advance the Hospital’s reputation for high quality and cost-effective service, care, and treatment.
Builds a leaning organization capable of creating change to sustainable growth and competitiveness.
Capable to work under pressure and short timeline.
Sound experience in CRM
Strong command on Excel, and Power point.
