Department
INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY
Primary purpose of job
Coordinate with the IT department staff and Finance in the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly budget variance
report, asset capitalization and any other budget related activity.
Resolve budget queries/complaints of a routine nature.
Clearly demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
Identify areas not addressed by existing procedures and develop/amend procedures to overcome the gaps.
Propose, develops and implements the Department’s financial strategies and procedures.
Highest level of confidentiality required, in the handling of budgetary documents, payments, recoveries and related
correspondence
Experience & Skills
Minimum 8 years’ experience in accounting/finance within Information Technology for Oil & Gas Industry.
Fluency in Written and Spoken English.
Proven communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.Computer literacy (MS Office suite of programs) and thorough
knowledge in SAP FICO, ES and MM modules is essential.
Education
University degree in Accounting/Finance, Commerce or equivalent.
