Description

Responsible for receiving all kinds of materials, delivery of green goods as per invoice & delivery order and keep the materials in the store in organize way.
Plan and coordinate with Depot and stakeholder to ensure timely loading and delivery.
Coordinate the handling of delivery, the movement of warehouse inventory and others equipment, and necessary replacement / repairs.
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
Assists to the Auditor in periodic physical inventories.
To organize the layout of warehouse and ensure effective utilization of warehouse spacing.
To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse, proper and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities, and equipment.
Take physical inventory once a month to cross-check with the monthly inventory report.
Any other task assigned by the management. Maintaining FIFO for inventory management.
Responsible for data entry in leaf point, work order creation, communication with Leaf Point and for support for SAP.
Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties.

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in any discipline from reputed universities.
- Working experience in supply chain, transportation and logistics will be preferable.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 4 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Advanced skills in MS-excel, MS-Power point
