Description
- Collect competitive price from suppliers & prepare comparative statement for management decision. Update task list such as meeting, important work & to avoid any mistake.
- Preparation and processing of tender documents or quotations for the organization as per the laid down procurement processes.
- Coordinate with plant stores for delivery of goods & receipt of requisition, documentation on timely basis.
- Coordinate with accounts for timely payment and collect bills and process documents as required for payment to vendors.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by head of the department and many more work to do.
Educational Qualification: Graduation (Minimum) from any reputed university.
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 32 years
- Very strong communication skills and strong negotiating skills.
- Analytical mind set and goal oriented personality.
- Proven success in Savings and Cost Reduction.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, specially knowledge on design and drafting.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to work under pressure.
