Description

Plan and implement recruitment process (Trainee Officer to Manager) to attract the right talent for the positions providing the right benefits to support SBU’s and Corporate functions
Execute and coordinate recruitment of Non Management employees throughout the organization
Assist in preparing the strategy for Talent Acquisition based on the need of SBUs and corporate functions of KFG
Screen CVs based on selected criteria mentioned in job description, advertisement and communicate with relevant department for their feedback for short listing the candidates
Design and develop assessment and written test for the management positions
Arrange, coordinate and conduct the interview session for the shortlisted candidates
Ensure proper background and documentation check for selected candidates
Communicate and negotiate with the potential candidate regarding compensation and benefits

Educational Qualification:

BBA/MBA in HRM from reputed university

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Must have experience in interviewing and resource management
Good leadership skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Must have sufficient knowledge on computer applications (MS excel, word)
Ability to work under pressure and work under strict deadlines
