Description:
- Post petty cash transactions in voucher (In Excel & Tally Software).
- Entry cash & cheque collection in voucher both in Excel & Tally.
- Daily cheque deposit to bank & make all kind of bank payment.
- Prepare daily sales invoice.
- Entry journal and purchase voucher every day.
- Maintain inventory of FG, RM, PM, Spare Parts & WIP Books & Rate Reconcile with Tally Software.
- Prepare cash receipt and payment report.
- Prepare account payable & account receivable report with aging.
- Conduct bank statement reconciliation.
- Check & follow up Tea-Bar sales & collections every day.
- Maintain finish goods and inventory management of Tea Bar.
- Prepare monthly Tea Bar sales report.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Accounting from a reputed institution.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 30 years
- At least 02 years proven work experience in Accounts department.
- Experience in Tally software is mandatory.
- Highly experienced candidates will get preference.
- Proficiency in MS-Office.
