Description
- Checking Air Ticket Schedule for local and foreign.
- Taking Quotation from Travel Agents.
- Prepare Comparative Statement and approval from Dept. Head.
- Await VISA approval before purchasing E-Ticket.
- Issue E-Ticket after VISA approval.
- Preparation for VISA Processing.
- Keeping record of E-Ticket with travel agency name.
- Keeping record of crew change in foreign port to be recorded on SPD data Base.
- Ticket bill preparation and submit for bill payment weekly basis.
- Time to time other related job to be carried out as per instruction of superior.
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience
- 1 to 2 years
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- At least 1 year Experience in Air Travel Agency.
- Standard Computer Skills (MS Word , Excel, Internet Browsing, Data entry etc.).
- To be able to work outside office.
- Mentally prepared to work in unscheduled hour in emergency situation.
