- কম্পিউটারে হার্ডওয়্যার ও সফটওয়্যারের আইটি বিষয়ে জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
- আইটি রিলেটেড সফটওয়্যার ও হার্ডওয়্যারের উপর প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করতে হবে।
- সংশ্লিষ্ট শাখা ব্যবস্থাপক, ফিন্ড অফিসার ও হিসাবরক্ষকদের আইটি বিষয়ক প্রশিক্ষন প্রদান করতে হবে।
- মাঝে মাঝে শাখায় ভিজিট করে সমস্যা চিহ্নিতকরন এবং তা সমাধানের ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে।
- শাখার চাহিদা মোতাবেক ও চাহিদা ছাড়াও বিভিন্ন ধরনের রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুতকরন এবং তা বোধগম্যতার সহিত উপস্থাপন করতে হবে।

- সরকার অনুমোদিত যেকোনো স্বনামধন্য বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে কম্পিউটার সায়েন্স অ্যান্ড ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিংয়ে স্নাতকোত্তর পাশ হতে হবে। শিক্ষা জীবনের ৩য় বিভাগ/শ্রেণী গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

- যে কোন মাইক্রোফাইন্যান্স সফটওয়্যারের কাজ করার আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
- Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Net browsing, E-mail ইত্যাদি জানতে হবে।
- কম্পিউটার জেনারেল সাপোর্ট, অপারেটিং সিস্টেম, উইন্ডোজ, অফিস এ্যাপ্লিকেশন এর উপর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
