Description
- Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned areas; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
- Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients to enhance Business relations.
- Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling.
- Understand the requirement and Clients need and Shortlist the Suitable Candidates
- Make timely submissions and provide all the Information to the Client, which is required for making an end Client Submission.
- Provides guidance and direction to sales personnel to assist them in their professional development.
- Lead biweekly sales meetings.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Masters/Bachelor in any discipline. Marketing is preferable
- Skills Required: Consumer Durables – Sales & Marketing
Employment Status:
- Age 35 to 40 years
