Description

The incumbent is only responsible for Credit Management and collection by overseeing the collections from customers.
Directly supervises the Credit Collection in order to monitor the status of delinquent loans and to ensure that customers of delinquent accounts are contacted.
Maintain good tracking of collection activities on a regular basis: monitor and analyze effectiveness of strategies and recommend changes as needed.
Define and ensures credit collection target for regions / territories.
Prioritizes dues (current, payment missing and default file) at beginning of month and ensure collection.
Prepare operational reports and trend analyses of collection as desired by management.
To work closely with the collection Teams to improve overall collection activities and the support these activities give to the resource collection function.
To maximize the collection of credit from delinquent accounts.
Manage customer communications including collections letters, phone calls, and modifications.
To develop a staff of well-trained and effective Collectors.

Educational Qualification: The Candidates should have Masters in any discipline from a recognized institute but in highly experience candidate’s educational qualification may relax.

Additional Requirements

Age 35 to 38 years

Capable to visit on frequent basis to perform credit collection matters country wide in Bangladesh as desired by the Management.
Should have minimum 8 years practical experience in Credit Management & Collection out of which must have 5 years experience in similar position of similar field.
Understanding of collection rules and regulations.
Proven ability to manage staff, motivate team, improve performance, address issue, and build a culture of high performance.
The incumbent must be willing to work hard with fitness to work long hours under pressure.
Capable to handle Ms-Office Operation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
Can do attitude.
