Description
- Manage claims processing according to guidelines, established objectives and standard operating procedures to ensure swift and prompt claim settlement.
- Ensure Claims decisions are in accordance with policy provisions and established authority limits.
- Determine level of investigation and plan required for action in consultation with Claims Manager.
- Conceptualize and implement various projects related to digitalization of claims function.
- Coordinate with related stakeholders on issues requiring their respective involvement.
- Establish contact with legal and medical bodies and determine their respective involvement with determined authorities and established guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and timely generation of periodic reports.
- Promote customer centricity and ensure focus on creating great customer experiences to achieve competitive advantage.
- Inclusively and proactively develop talent, empower individuals and manage diverse teams to drive engagement and performance.
Educational Requirements
- Graduation (4 years) / Post Graduation from any discipline.
Required Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant field.
Additional Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- A strong team player
- Good working knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
