Description
- Lead and drive health insurance products target of the assigned territory through right field
- engagement.
- Ensure and monitor field sales team for market operation.
- Roll out B2B/B2C projects in assigned territory.
- Collect and analysis data for reporting/FF evaluation.
- Always thirsty for achieving new opportunities for revenue generation for the entire organization.
- Build sustainable relationship with Partners, FF and Trade marketing team for smooth market
- operation.
- Ensure disbursement of reward among own and partner key drivers as per set criteria.
- Coordinate and solve cross functional issues for smooth market operation.
- Ensure gift stock and communication of daily/monthly targets to frontline sales personnel and
- monitor their performances
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputed business school
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in field sales.
- Experience in Insurance industry/Banking industry/Healthcare industry.
- Exceptionally smooth in handling and working in digital platforms.
- Ability to ensure regular market visits.
- Strong leadership skill to engage sales team to ensure maximum revenue.
- Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
