• Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, Detail Packing list for export.
• Comply documentation of EPB, BGMEA related activities.
• Make sure all the necessary papers are filled out correctly.
• Work closely with the sales and production teams to process customer orders and ensure their accurate and timely execution.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to manage stock levels effectively.
• Verify and process invoices related to shipping, customs, and other expenses. Handle payment methods like letters of credit
• Prepare and manage all essential export documents, ensuring they are complete, accurate and timely execution.
• Should have knowledge regarding UD entry in software and online UD submission process.
