Description

Maintaining of all legal file, documents and provide report as and when required.
Drafts and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance.
Visit to competent Authorities for documentations, follow up and keeping the record of the same.
Take necessary steps & get liaison with concerned government departments such as Rajuk, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works, other’s city corporation & Pourosova, Foreign Ministry, Cantonment Board, HBFC, and Department of Registration etc for legal transfer.
Take initiative to get the sale permission & finally get the registration done properly.
Liaison with Utility Services authorities to restore all necessary utility services.
Advise on civil and criminal matters that should be directed to Legal Retainer.
Any Job as & when it is required from the top Management.

Educational Qualification: Master of Law (LLM) in any public University/reputed Institution with good result.

Employment Status: Full-time

Age 35 to 45 years

The applicants should have practical working experience in the following area(s): Well reputed Real Estate/ Developer/Construction Company.
Adequate knowledge of FAR- Floor Area Ratio of RAJUK.
Know all the details of Real Estate Act 2010.
Land-related professional discipline,
