Description
- Handle the total Direct Sourcing operation, to collect candidates directly from all over Bangladesh, through developing pool of
- representatives from all districts.
- Run the activation program across the country, to create the awareness among the potential candidates and representatives.
- Coordinate and monitor the zonal representatives, set targets and follow-up the achievement, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Develop direct sourcing capability for un-traditional trades.
- Utilize digital marketing, social media, job posting, employee referral, and other platforms for promotional activities
- Follow up candidates/zonal representatives for timely submission of all relevant documents
- Ensure on time mobilization and management report
- Keep candidate’s data updated all the time.
- Maintain and update monthly performance sheet.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)

agent marketing, Channel Development, Distribution Sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
