Education

Bachelor/Honors

Minimum graduation in Accounting or Finance.
CA CC or CMA part-qualified is preferred.

Experience

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Sound knowledge of VAT and tax regulations.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

Prepare and post all types of vouchers in the ERP system.
Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
Assist in maintaining cash and bank-related activities as required.
Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns in compliance with applicable laws.
Deduct and deposit VDS and TDS on a regular basis.
