Description
- Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient.
- Arrange to monitor plant/ heavy equipment performance parameters.
- Perform mechanical and instrumental repairs on equipment at manufacturing plant with a heavy emphasis on Maintenance Reliability.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standard procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.
- Maintain equipment performance records periodically.
- Arrange providing technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
- Supervise diagnosis of faults and arranging repair of equipment/machinery at the earliest possible time.
- Any other mechanical engineering related task assigned by the management
Educational Qualification:
- B. Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering from any Govt. Engineering University. Or, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any Govt. Polytechnic Institute.
- Candidates from BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET & DUET will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 year(s)

- Only males are allowed to apply
- The applicants who all have Cement Industry background will be given preference.
- At least 05 years experiences on Maintenance Department in Managerial position with must have experience in Cement/ Rod/ Ceramic Industry. Those who haven’t worked in Cement/ Rod/ Ceramic companies need not to apply.
- Leadership capability is must.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure.
- Should have mentality to work beyond time frame.
- Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Basic Computer skill is must.
