Description
- Assist Functional Head along with other Department Heads to set target/KPI, develop measures, follow up & administer the systems to shape performance of individual/group;
- Prepare annual merit/special merit increase in close coordination with Functional and concerned teams as well;
- Closely monitor & manage the monthly Performance Management Process through month end data collection, providing reminder, data processing, performance reporting & staff communication;
- Assist Functional Head in defining performance standard and formulate policy at operations level;
- Deal with employee promotion cases in appropriate time within approved organization structure in coordination with the Functional Head.
Educational Qualification: BBA in HRM/PGDHRM
Employment Status: Full-time

- Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
- Strong analytical ability.
