Description

The Project Coordinator shall be responsible for leading the project independently, pro-active and quick decision making capacity, overseeing the day to day project operation and ensuring timely delivery of all project out-puts. Responsibilities will include staff operations/ team management, preparing reports, communication with organization’s management for implementation of the project activities while ensuring quality at each level. The project Coordinator will follow that all projects activities are initiated and completed on time according to the approved project document and while being in charge of maintaining liaison with relevant stakeholders on all project related issues.

Educational Qualification:

Preferably Masters in Public Health / Civil or Environmental Engineering / Law / Development Studies etc.
Additional training or diploma on Project Management, Monitoring & Programme Evaluation.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Both males and females are encouraged to apply; when equally qualified, female candidates will get preference.
Proven work experience for at least 3 years at any reputed NGO/INGO on managing development project / programmes as Project Coordinator.
Familiarity or project work experience in the RMG Sector will be preferred.
Proficient in Computer Operations (MS package, Internet search engines & e-mail communications).
Quality Report writing and documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Bangla.
Typing ability in English and Bengla
