Requirements
Education
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Knowledge of Chemical Engineering (required).
- Gender: Open to Both male and female candidates.
- Fluency in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage daily schedule: Organize the Director’s appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Financial and technical support: Assist the Director with financial analysis and insights as well as technical support related to chemical engineering.
- Liaison responsibilities: Act as the point of contact between the Director, internal teams, external clients or stakeholders.
- Documentation and reports: Prepare financial and technical reports, presentations, and documentation for decision making.
- Handle confidential matters: Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of sensitive information.
- Administrative tasks: Assist with general administrative duties drafting emails, organizing files, and handling phone calls.
