• Identify the business need, clarifying the demand & specification of every Purchase Requisitions (PR).
• Sourcing for goods and services from local & foreign authentic sources for OPEX & CAPEX PR, prepare CS, negotiate for getting competitive price, create PO in SAP/ ERP/Excel tool.
• Ensure P2P process smoothly according to company procurement policy.
• Monitor supplier performance and meet compliance (TPDD).
• Ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to the quality standards.
• Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize logistics costs, and reduce stockouts or overstocks.
• Coordinate with logistics service provider, CNF agents, Freight forwarders, insurance companies, bank, Govt officials where needed.
• Collecting & checking PI as per Bangladesh import law & initiating for LC/CAD/TT.
• Tracking delivery schedules per order basis & reducing outstanding deliveries at its best.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain proper pace of procurement support.
• Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain process and propose and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant VAT/TAX & other rules & regulations imposed by the government for every goods & service procurement.
• Assist HoP to prepare various PO/LC related statements/reports, vendor performance report, preparing lead time report and saving report etc as per management demand & group guidelines.
