Description

B.Sc in EEE/ ME/ ELECTROMECHANICAL Engineering from any reputed university.
Minimum l5 years experience in multistoried building construction.
Experience in construction of minimum 3 number of building with 15 or more storied with at least three basement.
Experience in construction of building with central air-conditioning systems.
Experience in Utility Operation & Maintenance.
Should have sound knowledge on building automation.
Should have sound knowledge on requirements of LEED consultant.
Must be technically sound & have high managerial skill to operate construction of multistoried commercial/office building at both the structural and finishing level.
Should have sound knowledge & Skill in Preventive & Operation Maintenance.
Sound knowledge regarding compliance with BNBC.
Practical Electrical Audit maintains experience.
Must be capable ¡n proper planning and preparation of Master work program based on CPM.
Ability to handle Local Problems at construction projects.
Must be positive, proactive and hardworking in nature.
Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
Strong analytical and leadership ability.
Self-motivated and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Age at least 45 years.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

MMonitoring & proper understanding about substation/generator, Firefighting, all type of Electrical systems, all type of air-conditioning systems including HVACNRF, Solar power system, LEED consultant’s requirements and other utility.
Planning and understanding of electrical/mechanical drawing/layout, AutoCAD, and MS office package.
Manage Electrical & related machine Maintenance functions of multistoned building.
Ensure all electrical equipment is operational & functional and also maintained as per standards.
Responsible for the electrical maintenance of the multistoried building for any regular issue.
Preparing requisition, BOQ & follow up with electrical materials.
Approving comparative statement of different jobs which is related to project works based on quality and competitive price.
Attending accounts, design, Procurement and other coordination meeting to eliminate bottleneck and to improve systems.
Monitoring of safety measures at site and materials inventory control.
