Description
- Assist to prepare and implement HR & Compliance policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing Manpower budgets and present a hiring plan
- Arrange, conduct & process worker Recruitment & Selection as per policy & Procedure and ensure that fair recruitment is followed
- Conduct the orientation & awareness program for the employees to educate them about the rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety; first aid, policies, procedures and discipline
- Manage day to day attendance and Leave
- Follow up daily HR & Admin related activities as organization demand as per the Company policy with strong supervision.
- Assist to conduct yearly performance appraisal process
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline from any reputed institute
- MBA in HR/ PGDHRM will be preferred
- Any training on HRM, Compliance, Labour Law, Environmental compliance etc. will be added advantage

Additional Requirements
- Age 27 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Strong leadership skills focusing on human resource management with excellent multidisciplinary knowledge
- Exercise independent judgment as well as high-level analytical skills in solving administrative problems
- Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English both oral and written
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Should be self-driven, result-oriented, hard-working
- Good Knowledge in Computer and Payroll related areas
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
