Description

• Maintains payroll information by designing systems directing the collection of data.
• Monitoring daily attendance and making attendance analyses report.
• Daily actual running machine status follow-up & making actual running m/c report.
• Daily recruitment status checking & making actual recruitment report as per approved manpower (Grade & Section wise).
• Daily absent attendance, late attendance & early out attendance report prepare.
• At a glance factory report with all important information.
• Daily production & efficiency tracking report (line & floor wise).
• Daily actual OT, Tiffin and Night allowance report prepare.
• To prepare all increment & promotion letter (Worker & Staff)
• Long absent list prepare (weekly & Monthly).
• Working hour tracking report (as per buyer requirement).
• Section wise OT & allowance tracking report prepare.
• Responsible for all special appraisals (worker & staffs).
• All types of compensation benefit & arrear bill prepare.
• Monthly Salary Sheet checking before getting approval
• Responsible for BGMEA & BKMEA biometrics software.
• Monthly new join and migration status analyses report prepare.
• Performance appraisal management for all staffs (Process on going)
• Prepare payroll and human resource information for data input and assist with checking, quality and maintenance of records to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Any other assignment when required by the management.

Educational Qualification:

• Masters degree in any discipline
• BSc in Computer Science will get preferences

Employment Status: Full-time

• Age 25 to 35 years
