- Analyze technical data & specification to determine the materials requirement after getting Purchase Requisition.
- Making Purchase planning with concern Department (Procurement, Civil, and Store & Site).
- Sourcing potential vendors as per requirements.
- Collect Quotation from different vendors & Create Comparative Statement (CS).
- Negotiate the best possible deal for pricing, quality and other terms and condition.
- Issuing Work Orders against Requisition.
- Ensure payment bill for vendors, submit party payment.
- Site, Factory & Market visit.
- Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualification, delivery time, and potential future developments.
- Checking and provide Materials Current Price if required.
