Description
- Make marketing Policy & Plan.
- Ensure Yearly Sales Target of company Product & Service.
- Understands and analyses customer requirement on the technical specification to consult the customer on their specific requirements.
- Managing, Organizing, Monitoring of Service Team as and required basis.
- Provides information to Management and line by collecting, analyzing, summarizing data and trends.
- Prepare the sales record and statement of the sales and calculating the growth.
- Analyzing competitor’s strategy, strength in Market & proving information to the Higher Management for future marketing plan & implementing new plan.
- Responsible for prospecting, planning, making sales presentation, conducting customer consultancy, preparing price quotations, ensure delivery and payment collection, and handling objection.
- Provide information or express about product’s capability and provide details to clients that how this product will complete their needs.
- Responsible for Customer service: Monitoring & assisting the After Sales Service for complete client satisfaction.
Educational Requirements
- Candidate should be Diploma or B.Sc in Mechanical/ Electrical from any reputed Government/ public/ private university.
- MBA in Marketing will have an advantage.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years
Additional Requirements
- Must have minimum 5 Years experiences in Boiler Sales, Garments Machineries Sales, Generator Sales & Chiller Sales etc.
- Interested candidate who do not qualify in experience (“Boiler Sales”) and qualification are requested not to apply for this position.
- Capable to work under pressure to achieve the sales target, company branding, process/project implementation as per company policy etc.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
