Job Description / Responsibility:

• Having very good knowledge about IE activates as well as experience to work with the IE department as a team.
• Acknowledgment of the order quantity in advance for making the production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production Staffs of the floor regarding the production plan.
• To give necessary directives to the Production/Sample team to make a sample of a particular buyer in order to get the approval of mass production.
• Having a clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made an exportable stage.
• To implement price-controlled policy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced.
• To make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates in order to increase the production capability by following modern production procedure.
• To ensure Production staffs to follow the production schedule.
• To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as bestowed on them according to the organizational policy.
• To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team.
• Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking timely decisions.
• Responsible for strong floor management as well as correspondence.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities on the production floor.
• Any other assignment will be given by the management from time to time.

Employment Status: Full Time

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Engineering & Production will be preferable

Experience Requirements

• 10 to 12 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • cutting and sewing, Garments, Quality Controller Assurance

Additional Requirements

• Age 38 to 44 years
• Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism.
• Strong communication in English.
• Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
• The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
• Possess a high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
• Computer knowledge in E-mail, Word, and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
• Must have teamwork and cooperation mentality.
