Description

• MOST OF THESE RESPONSIBILITIES CAN BE MET BY TALLY ERP
• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
• Prepare balance sheets
• Process invoices
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Update internal systems with financial data
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements
• Track bank deposits and payments
• Assist with budget preparation
• Maintain stock reports on a regular basis.
• Ensure stock items are properly segregated and Maintain an uninterrupted supply of products.
• Approving incoming materials by confirming specifications, reporting, rejecting or returning unacceptable materials.
• Conduct physical stock taking & verification of inventory;
• Monitoring all kinds of relevant store functions.
• Coordination with all related departments for efficient operations.
• To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting
• Skills Required: Tally ERP 9

Employment Status: Full-time

Experience: At least 1 year(s)

Gender: Only males are allowed to apply

Age: Age at most 30 years

Job Location: Dhaka Division

Salary: Tk. 15000 – 18000 (Monthly)
