Description
- To assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- To work for transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.
- Maintain personal file, Final settlement, Disciplinary Proceedings with any other HR-related activities.
- Coordinate employee recruitment & selection process
- Review, modify or develop Job Description as per requirement of the organization.
- Prepare a CV Bank for all available positions in the organization and keep it always updated.
- Maintain and monitor attendance through automated system (biometric/swiping cards) and HRIS for processing compensation and benefit for employees.
- Various reports on HR & Administrative tasks.
- Any other activities assigned by the HOD/Management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 28 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Proficient with MS Office, HRIS, etc.
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR functions
- Can-do attitude & timely delivery of assignments
- Work under pressure.
- Solid communication skills
- Any other activities assigned by the HOD/Management.
