Description
- Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management, and provide updates
- Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Attend buyers meeting, negotiate, secure and execute with the reporting manager
- Customer correspond day to day with respective manner.
- Price negotiate with factory effectively to hit customer target
- All required submission as per Buyer’s demand including Gold, Black, Sample Fabrics, Trim Booking, etc.
- Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer
- Coordinate with Planning Manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines
- Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
- Weekly progress report to management as well maintain strictly to T & A plan
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. in AMT/ GMT from any reputed institution & B.Sc. Textile Engineering is preferring.
- Masters/ MBA in any discipline with Diploma in Merchandising will get preference

- Should have continues learning mind set.
- Capable to manage different Buyer’s requirement independently
- Efficiently provide all kinds of support to the group leader from receiving order to final shipment
- Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion of the assignment
- Should be a long term planer.
