Description
- To welcome all visitors, attend to their requirements, providing a courteous service, in order to portray a positive image of the company.
- To respond to all telephone/faxes calls, incoming / outgoing mails.
- Record reservations made for the meeting room and on request make arrangements for seating, food.
- Maintaining good relationship with employees & clients.
- Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
- Perform any other general clerical duties.
- Assist to arrange guest attending and entertainment.
Educational Qualification:
- HSC/ Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Receptionist/ Front Desk
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
