- কৃষক স্বমন্বয় ও সামগ্রিক প্রকল্প ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়নে কর্মীদের সহায়তা করতে হবে।
- কৃষকদের ও প্রকল্প সম্পর্কে সকল তথ্যগ্রহণ।
- ফিল্ডে যে সকল সুপার ভাইজর কাজ করে তাদের থেকে ফিল্ডের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সম্পর্কে অবগত হয়ে স্যার কে রিপোর্ট করা
- পন্যের সঠিক উৎপাদন নিশ্চিত করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় সার , কীটনাশক ও বীজ সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা। বিভিন্ন সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহনের জন্য এবং পর্যাপ্ত তথ্য প্রদানের জন্য প্রকল্পের কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষন করা।
- বাজার জাত করণের জন্য কাচা সব্জির মান অনুযায়ী সরবরাহ ও বাজার দাম অনুসারে সুনিশ্চিত করা। গাড়ী বোঝাই এর সময় পাশে থেকে পন্য লোড ও সঠিক ওজন প্রদান নিশ্চিত করা।
- অধিক উৎপাদন নিশ্চিত করণে অন্যান্য কৃষকদের সহিত আলোচনা ও সে অনুযায়ী কৃষক এর কার্য সম্পাদন সুনিশ্চিত করা ।
- প্রোজেক্ট অনুযায়ী মাছ, পশু,মুরগী, হাসের সঠিক সময় খাদ্য পরিবেশন সুনিশ্চিত করা। কোন খাদ্য ও সার বীজ এর যখন প্রয়োজন হবে তার ৫ দিন আগে অফিসে রিকুইজিশন প্রেরণ করতে হবে।
- মাসিক মিটিং সংগঠিত করা, ক্ষেত্রে চিহ্নিত সমস্যাগুলি নিয়ে আলোচনা করার জন্য প্রকল্পের কার্যকারিতা পর্যালচনা করা এবং ডকুমেন্টেশন সহ উপযুক্ত সমাধান খোঁজা।
- নিজ কর্ম এলাকা সহ আশ পাশের এলাকা বিস্তার এ সঠিক আবাদি ভুমি ও ফসলের চাষ সম্পর্কে নিশ্চিত হয়ে অফিসে তথ্য প্রদান করা।
- বিরূপ আবহাওয়ার সময় ফসল রক্ষার্থে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যাবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
- ঐ এলাকাতে যে সকল কৃষক গরু, ছাগল মুরগির,হাস পালনে অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন কিন্তু টাকার অভাবে কিনতে / পালন করতে পারছেনা তাদের তথ্য সংগ্রহ এবং অফিসে প্রেরণ করা।
- অফিস হতে প্রদানকৃত গরূ ও অন্যান্য প্রাণী যে সকল কৃষক কে প্রদান করা হয়েছে । সেগুলো নিয়মিত পর্যবেক্ষণ এবং বিশেষ প্রয়োজনে আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে অফিস হতে খাবার এর ব্যবস্থা করা।
- ভ্রাম্মমাণ / চলমান প্রকল্পগুলি পরদ্ররশ্ন ও পর্যালচনার মাধ্যমে যথাযথ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করতে হবে।
