Description
- Prepare and recoding all transaction like receive vouchers, payment voucher.
- Daily cash /bank transaction by maintaining proper accounting system.
- Maintain cash book, Bank book, subsidiary ledger of bill receivable and bill payable.
- Record of day to day expenditure and revenue and closing cash on daily basis.
- Ensure petty cash, cash management and cash disbursement is properly maintained.
- Maintain & filing of all Accounts related documents.
- Inventory recording properly & reporting monthly.
- Prepare daily work report as well as weekly report properly.
- Time to time reporting to the management.
- Any other work as assigned by the management.
Educational Qualification: Honors/ Diploma (Major in Accounting/ Finance) from any public university/ College.
Employment Status: Full-time
Experience: 10 to 15 year(s)
