Description

The HR team of Rohingya Response program provide a broad range of HR services to the 800+ staff at the site in Cox’s Bazaar. This position will be mainly responsible for coordinating and facilitating induction processes for new joiners under this program at Cox’s Bazar office. S/He will also provide support the Learning and Development team for updating and maintaining the new joiners’ information in coordination with recruitment team and arrange & facilitate orientation for them. The position will be also responsible for providing support to roll out of Performance Management System, Training Calendar and on time execution of staff engagement program. Other responsibilities include, s/he will develop different training materials and modification as per organizational needs and assist supervisor in various capacity development initiatives. S/he will follow up with the new joiners for completion of the mandatory trainings and update their data in Learning Management System (LMS).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resource Management

Employment Status: Contractual

Additional Requirements

• High level of proficiency in spoken English is required
• Excellent coordination and presentation skill
• Good knowledge about training material development
• Excellent interpersonal skill, willingness to travel at the field areas as required
• Strong MS Office operating skills, particularly in Power Point

Job Location: Cox’s Bazar

Salary Range: Negotiable
