Description
- The incumbent will be responsible for the overall supervision, and development of the HR and Admin department. The main purpose of the job is to actively lead the department in a way that is consistent with the policies and practices of the company.
- Have to coordinate with top management and able to take soul responsibilities.
- The candidate needs to have a strong track record in Factory admin practices with the sound knowledge of Labor Law related to admin planning, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and performance
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, leadership, ability to generate professional reports, proficiency in Microsoft Office, fluency in English.
- Have to manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.
- Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance, workers daily attendance issues
- Candidate must have experience of negotiate and league with government officials like PWB and Industrial police and Department of Labor.
- Have to study labor market and wages trends relevant to the Government labor legislation
- Able to formulate employee motivation factors,counseling,grievance and labor handling, conflict management.
- Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
- Monitoring and supervise thevarious issues like office transport, office equipment, maintain personal files, promotion, transfer, increment and performance appraisal.
- Have to responsible to arrange all occasion of the company as per management requirement
Educational Qualification:
- Masters in any discipline (Preferably MBA in HRM) with very good academic track record.
- PGDHRM will be preferable.
Employment Status: Full-time
Experience: At least 5 year(s)

- Age 30 to 35 years
- Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
- Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
- Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills
- Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
- Sound knowledge of disciplinary action – HR, Admin & Compliance
