Description
- Perform, review and manage the entire accounts payable (AP) process.
- Prepare AP reports as per the requirement of management.
- Ensure deduction of Advance/Prepayment against the bill (s).
- Ensure deductions of VDS & TDS as per Govt. Rules & regulation of the state.
- Ensure the deduction of Security Money, Penalty etc as per TC of PO.
- Prepare monthly statement of Accounts Payable, Budget and Financial Statement etc.
- Prepare the annual budget as per instruction of management.
- Manage the concerned persons related to bill (s) and other reasonable purposes.
- Prepare fund management for payment to vendors.
- Manage month-end reconciliations and deal with supplier queries as Supply Chain
- Department.
- Assist in month-end closing and accruals.
Educational Qualification:
- CMA Part Completed/ CA -CC, MBA/M.Com in Accounting/Finance
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Age at least 27 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Ability to perform multitask and handle intense pressure.
- Ability to think logically & systematically.
- Computer Literacy in MS Office and Accounting Software knowledge are essential.
