Description
-
- Verify, identify and analyze errors and discrepancies involving billings of suppliers and service providers and purchase orders using various tools including Oracle financial system.
- Utilize established policies and procedures of internal audit and process invoices against purchase orders and direct payments, assuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations.
- Determine and execute proper corrective action for errors, discrepancies and/or incomplete processing. Coordinate and communicate with the various entities involved. Advise management of issues requiring further evaluation and action.
- Research and analyze resolutions, contracts and bids relating to various expenditures to assure payments are in compliance with corresponding specifications, limits, terms and other requirements.
- Carry out in-depth vouching of various account heads with special emphasis on cash transactions, bank accounts, inventory and procurements.
- Continuous improvement in the financial control and reduction of cost at all level (variable cost) and to set high standards of integrity and bring total satisfaction to the management driven innovative services.
- Maintain audit working papers and files systematically.
- Prepare and submit draft audit reports to the sectional head.
- Follow up action taken on audit findings & recommendation.
- Any other related jobs delegated by the management
Educational Qualification: Masters in Accounting from any reputed university with CA (PE1).
Job Nature: Full-time

- Age 25 to 30 years

- Should have sound computer proficiency specially to operate software (Oracle system), excellent interpersonal skill, leadership quality and good command over written & spoken English.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information and data.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and courteous working relationships with supervisors, co-worker and the public.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to establish priorities and deal effectively with situations demanding strict adherence to procedures, time deadlines, and accuracy.
- Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic
