Job Context

Shahriar Steel Mills Ltd. invites application from competent & potential talents for the position of “Manager – Audit “. This position will play an active role in workplace.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and perform operational and financial audits.
• Identify business process risks.
• Propose and develop annual audit plan for the factory.
• Develop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls.
• Document the results of the evaluations.
• Develop recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to senior management.
• Plan and allocate resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules.
• Produce reports that underline problems and providing prospective ways out.
• Guarantee obedience with external and internal requirements.
• Supervise, coach and develop junior members of staff within teams.
  Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements.
• Coordinating and developing internal auditing process.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedure.
• Establish financial risk assessment and management system.
• Continuously work formal practice in the accounting system.
• Conduct investigation on irregularities and errors.

Employment Status: Full-time

Job Location: Head Office & Factory.

Educational Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or in a related discipline.
• CA professional level passed, at least 1000 marks.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years (Experience in manufacturing organization is more preferable).

Additional Requirements:

• Maximum 40 years.
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques.
• Prior success conducting external or internal audits.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
