Description
- To prepare Store Materials Bill,Challan and it’s In & out Must be posted in Tally Record.
- To prepare & Update list of delivery and send it to Corperate Office.
- To prepare Money Requisition.
- To prepare red Bill (Head Office)& Challan (Party) when delivery.
- Prepare Daily Statement and Petty Cash Maintenance.
- Prepare VAT Challan, Contact to VAT Office and visit weekly to submit VAT Challan..
- Payment Salaries and Overtime.
- Inventory Report prepared in every month.
- Check & Monitor Stock Register in test basic in two times in every week and report to head office Accounts.
- Materials should be issued against proper Requisition.
- Ensure proper utilization of store materials and make sure misuse or missing of materials is strictly monitored.
- Prepare bill,challan and credit realization.
- Any other task assigned by the Authority.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
