Description

• New business development & promotion with fresh Buyer for Bottom (Denim & Twill) product, especially the buyers who don’t require accord & alliance requirement.
• Procure immediate order requirement for Bottom (Denim & Twill) product to meet the factory production capacity.
• Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
• Monitoring the status of all types of approval for bulk production.
• Oversee supply chain & background linkage management.
• Follow up with planning, production & commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
• Meet the objectives and target of the marketing & Merchandising department.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
• B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a recognized university. Graduation in Textile Engineering from BUTex will get preference

Employment Status: Full-time

Additional Requirements

• Age 40 to 47 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Capability to do Marketing/Sourcing buyers who don’t require Accord & Alliance Certification.
• Applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Woven Marketing, Merchandising related field.
• Denim/Twill Bottoms & Jackets marketing experience.
• Strong & Adequate working knowledge of sourcing, market survey, negotiation skill.
• Good knowledge in price quotation and product development on Denim/Twill Bottom & Jacket.
• Knowledge on fabric, consumption and wash etc.
• Candidate must be expert in sourcing new buyers, collecting orders, shipment follow-up and communication with buyers.
• Ability to work as a team Leader.
• The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven with amicable personality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mail communication, uses of internet is a must.
• Communication skills both in oral and written in English

Experience:

• At least 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Merchandising, Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Buying House, Garments
