Description
- Under the supervision of Deputy Manager-Program Operations, the incumbent will assist program operation teams for smooth implementation of the program activities. The Program Officer will be overall responsible for monitoring & supervision of the Clinic Operations (SMC Clinic/ Niltara Clinic), SMC funded Gold Star Program (GSM), BSP and BCC campaign program on LAPM services among MWRAs in the slum areas funded by SMC. S/he will oversee day to day field level activities for the implementation of all programs and will coordinate with different stakeholders as well as local relevant stakeholders including GOB for better implementation of the program activities. S/he will ensure appropriate record keeping and reporting of the programs and share performance report with SMC management on a regular basis. S/he will closely work with internal departments under program division for using their technical supports in developing and implementing programs. S/he will assist to DM/ Sr. Manager for ensuring necessary compliance of GOB rules and regulatory guidelines and approval process to implement different programs and will provide support to design, develop all kinds of BCC/IEC or promotional materials of the programs.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters of Social Science or equivalent level from any reputed institute.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 45 years
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably with health and community mobilization activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, record keeping and documentation skills.
- Sound knowledge on MS Office application suite.
